I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each... one works and the different payment options too. Elaine was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into committing to any treatment. In the end I chose the high speed braces treatment. Daryl and his team were amazing during this process! This includes a full dental heath check, X-rays, gum condition, bite check and bone levels before we start your treatment. The last thing we want to do is for you to lose your teeth further down the line because we tried to cut costs and cut corners.

We Stick With You Throughout Your Treatment

2) We want to make sure your braces are right from the off. So, our dentists will check to ensure that your new retainers are properly fitting before you start your treatment. In addition, we know that sometimes we will need to take extra measures to ensure that stubborn teeth move into position as planned. I went into DOTS last year as I had a chip on my front tooth and wanted to get a crown at the back..I had to have 5 fillings before any cosmetic treatment started which I wasn't surprised at because I hadn't been to the dentist in about 11 years. I was terrified of the dentist after a bad experience when I was younger. I needed extensive work done and was very embarrassed about the state my teeth were in. I visited Dentistry on the Square and was made to feel at ease almost immediately( they definitely don’t judge) The treatment I received... was completely pain free and have never experienced anything like it. I was having dental treatment whilst watching a movie completely surreal as I didn’t actually believe that I would ever sit in a dentist’s chair again let alone enjoy it. Jamie Kerr was amazing but what really blew me away was Jamie Kinnell and his attention to detail, he spent a lot of time getting my teeth just right, on finishing my teeth and placing them he showed them to me and I was absolutely delighted. Jamie then went on to point out everything he thought was wrong with them. He said that he wasn’t 100 per cent happy with them and that if he fitted them they would annoy him in six months time so he’d rather get them totally right he’s a pure perfectionist and an absolute gentleman. Some of my appointments were long due... to the treatment I was getting however they were pain free and went in quickly. For every appointment I was able to pick two items from a comfort menu such as a back massager and eye mask. This helped so much and helped me relax.

I had been looking for a dentist and after a recommendation from a friend, I went to Dentistry on the square.

I came in for a health check, cleaning and smile consultation and the process was superb.

I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the... process due to discomfort caused. This time round I didnt feel anything during or afterwards and the result was great. I saw Andy McIntyre and will say that I won't go anywhere else from now on. In fact I will look forward to it as they really do live up to their promise of pain free dentist. I have also recommended a friends.

After doing some research of my own, I found dentistry on the square. It has been a great experience from start to finish, the flexible times you can fit appointment's on like evenings, the friendly reception staff, dental nurse and dentists has made this experience all the better. I was seen by... Amy and Jamie K who were both really great at explaining everything and making me feel at ease, the comfort menu is also great ( I recommend the DVD goggles) After being told my veneers could not be replaced by my own dentist it was great seeking expert advice and getting my smile back. Couldn’t recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough! All the staff have been so lovely and welcoming from the moment I first walked through the door. I have just finished my whitening treatment and had some old composite replaced which had been done after falling and breaking my two front... teeth a few years back. I could not be happier with the treatment I received from my dentist Jamie. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, which was just a very natural brighter smile. He explained everything so well and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Having received a filling as a teenager with inadequate numbing, I have always been fearful to get any sort of work done on my teeth since. However, my treatment with Jamie was completely pain free and I even got to watch a movie while he carried out replacing my composite which helped me to relax even more. I was always so self conscious of the previous work I had done to repair my teeth after breaking them but now my teeth have been transformed and I honestly cannot stop smiling!
