I've just completed my course of Invisalign with Andy (and Sophie) and had a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend! All the staff I encountered are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier with how my teeth have turned out. Travelling through from Edinburgh it was also... very helpful to be able to monitor progress via the dental scan app, and book late evening and Saturday appointments to fit around work. So, i am part way through my treatment but felt that im so impressed with DOTS that i really needed to do a wee review already!
From the moment i made my first (panicky...i need help with a dental disaster....imagine princess leia -help me obi-wan kenobi, youre my only hope....message 🤣)... phonecall to the practice until today where ive had some stitches removed after my implant placement, ive had nothing short of first class service!
Both Peter and Jamie have been the epitome of professionalism and i can't wait to continue my new year new teeth journey with them.

I was terrified of the dentist after a bad experience when I was younger. I needed extensive work done and was very embarrassed about the state my teeth were in. I visited Dentistry on the Square and was made to feel at ease almost immediately( they definitely don’t judge) The treatment I received... was completely pain free and have never experienced anything like it. I was having dental treatment whilst watching a movie completely surreal as I didn’t actually believe that I would ever sit in a dentist’s chair again let alone enjoy it. Jamie Kerr was amazing but what really blew me away was Jamie Kinnell and his attention to detail, he spent a lot of time getting my teeth just right, on finishing my teeth and placing them he showed them to me and I was absolutely delighted. Jamie then went on to point out everything he thought was wrong with them. He said that he wasn’t 100 per cent happy with them and that if he fitted them they would annoy him in six months time so he’d rather get them totally right he’s a pure perfectionist and an absolute gentleman. Every single person at Denistry on the Square was a pleasure to deal with and all were genuinely lovely people. Can’t thank them enough for giving me my confidence back with my smile and ridding me of my fear of the dentist. I had some orthodontic and cosmetic treatment with Andy and he was great to work with and gave me the natural results I’m happy with.
Then registered my daughter and I’m so glad I did. She needed two extractions as her baby teeth weren’t budging - I was dreading it!... Alison immediately made me feel comfortable and is so kind and caring. We decided on teeth whitening and composite bonding... treatment. I came in for a health check, cleaning and smile consultation and the process was superb.

I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the... process due to discomfort caused. Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I had goal of a time frame I wanted and he managed to make sure... they were done for me and fit me in to make sure the time frame was met. I just want to say a massive thank you to Dentistry on the Square for my smile make over. I have never been a fan of the dentist and it has always made me very nervous. Sophie and Andy made me feel so comfortable and at ease from my very first appointment.
Some of my appointments were long due... to the treatment I was getting however they were pain free and went in quickly. For every appointment I was able to pick two items from a comfort menu such as a back massager and eye mask. This helped so much and helped me relax.
Every member of staff I spoke to during my appointments were lovely and welcoming.
