As someone who has always had a fear of anything to do with the dentist I cannot recommend this place enough. Andy has been amazing throughout my treatment and I am over the moon with the results so far. Staff are friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone.

From the very first consultation the treatment I received has been exceptional. The practice were so mindful of the fact that I had a big commute from the Isle of Lewis.They were very accommodating with fitting in appointments, meaning fewer trips. Sophie was really helpful with all the advice on... how to improve my oral hygiene, resulting in excellent gum health. Andy has been amazing, explaining every step and making a very nervous patient become totally relaxed. I'm delighted with the work he's done so far and can't wait to see the final results. Amazing experience. I got a dental implant and didn’t experience any pain during the procedures. I had also previously been told by a few other dentists I would never be able to get a dental implant however at dentistry on the square they made that happen and I can finally feel confident in my... smile. I have to say Wow. I had root canal treatment over 35 years ago on my tooth and today I had an appointment with Niall as it was infected, for a further root canal treatment. I have to say I was dreading it. How wrong was I. Niall was lovely calm and explained what he was going to do. Not that I... need that bit but I am sure loads do, he was great, very professional.It was painless. I listened to my favourite music and I couldn't believe when Niallsaid that was him finished. It passed so quickly. What a fantastic experience, how technology moves on.The lady at reception was lovely when I arrived as well. As a nurse I am extra aware of the possible COVID risks and I am happy to report that all staff are stringent in their hygiene and efforts to manage the potential spread. Full PPE present whilst still keeping that personal touch. Recently got my teeth fixed and redone with Daryl! Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I had goal of a time frame I wanted and he managed to make sure... they were done for me and fit me in to make sure the time frame was met. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Emma who encouraged me and helped me decide on what to go for right at the start of this process! Started my treatment plan after my free consultation with Alison who has been amazing at addressing my desires and keeping me comfortable. As part of my treatment I was to have a few hygiene appointments where I was made feel at ease and were completely pain free.Following my dentist having to... take early mat leave I was moved over to Andy seamlessly where my treatment was continued after we had a catch up and went over what I was looking to achieve from treatment. Both Peter and Jamie have been the epitome of professionalism and i can't wait to continue my new year new teeth journey with them.

Then registered my daughter and I’m so glad I did. She needed two extractions as her baby teeth weren’t budging - I was dreading it!... But Sophie and Chloe were absolutely amazing at putting her at ease. She barely felt a thing and had no pain or issues afterwards. This has really built her confidence in going to the dentist. And was a massive relief for me as a parent! They also moved her appt forward as she was in pain, and phoned to see how she was the next day. Absolutely exceptional. Thanks!read more

Cannot recommend the Team highly enough, I lost a front tooth, after some consultation on the best route it was decided to put an implant in. I was very worried that the implant would look out of place as it was at the front, however it is so good you cannot tell which one of my front teeth is the... implant. Also have been carrying infection in another tooth for many years, again Dareen, Jamie and Jamie have dealt with this brilliantly for me and I no longer have pain and a lovely new implant. Not sure how it’s possible that after a history of negative experiences at the dentist I now actually look forward to appointments, but somehow DOTS has made it happen. Everyone in the practice has been so welcoming - Dawn was a pro in putting me at ease in the initial consultation and hygiene... appts with Amy are relaxing more than anything. Treatment with Andy was genuinely fantastic - I was nervous about getting Invisalign but he was so warm and informative throughout the process, couldn’t be happier with the result. I had an excellent experience with Invisalign here. The entire process was clearly explained, quick, and completely pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the practice itself is outstanding. Scheduling appointments and wait times were very convenient.
10/10 – I wouldn't recommend... going anywhere else. I felt safe and well cared for here. If i had a query or concern I was able to send Andy a message through my app for my Invisalign and he was able to message me directly.
