Sam came to see us after an accident at work fractured the root of his front tooth. Unfortunately he had already lost his other front tooth when he was 15 and had been wearing a denture ever since. He wanted to get rid of this denture and replace his two front teeth with dental implants to give him the confidence to smile and eat properly again.

Sam came to see Jamie for a full implant assessment, which involved a thorough clinical examination as well as a CBCT scan and intra-oral scan using our 3D scanner. After discussing the treatment options we decided to place two dental implants to replace each of the front teeth, as this would give the best aesthetic outcome.

After using our pain free digital injection system we gently removed the broken front tooth. We then immediately placed two dental implants using our laser, together with some hard and soft tissue augmentation to improve the bone and gum thickness where Sam had lost the other tooth when he was 15.
