I had an excellent experience with Invisalign here. The entire process was clearly explained, quick, and completely pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the practice itself is outstanding. Scheduling appointments and wait times were very convenient.10/10 – I wouldn't recommend going... anywhere else. I can not recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough! I had been looking at braces treatments for months... I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each... one works and the different payment options too. Elaine was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into committing to any treatment. In the end I chose the high speed braces treatment. Daryl and his team were amazing during this process! He makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed at each appointment, talks through each step with you and answers any questions or queries you have. Daryl and the rest of the staff are brilliant and wonderfully friendly. I finished my treatment today and I could not be happier with the results... From the very beginning everyone in the practice was very helpful. I started Invisalign treatment then composite bonding. Recently got my teeth fixed and redone with Daryl! Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I had goal of a time frame I wanted and he managed to make sure... they were done for me and fit me in to make sure the time frame was met. Then registered my daughter and I’m so glad I did. She needed two extractions as her baby teeth weren’t budging - I was dreading it!... But Sophie and Chloe were absolutely amazing at putting her at ease. She barely felt a thing and had no pain or issues afterwards. This has really built her confidence in going to the dentist. And was a massive relief for me as a parent! They also moved her appt forward as she was in pain, and phoned to see how she was the next day. Absolutely exceptional. Thanks!read more

I decided to visit Dentistry on the Square after receiving chemotherapy treatment which resulted in damage to my teeth. Cannot recommend the Team highly enough, I lost a front tooth, after some consultation on the best route it was decided to put an implant in. I was very worried that the implant would look out of place as it was at the front, however it is so good you cannot tell which one of my front teeth is the... implant. Also have been carrying infection in another tooth for many years, again Dareen, Jamie and Jamie have dealt with this brilliantly for me and I no longer have pain and a lovely new implant. Not sure how it’s possible that after a history of negative experiences at the dentist I now actually look forward to appointments, but somehow DOTS has made it happen. Everyone in the practice has been so welcoming - Dawn was a pro in putting me at ease in the initial consultation and hygiene... appts with Amy are relaxing more than anything. Treatment with Andy was genuinely fantastic - I was nervous about getting Invisalign but he was so warm and informative throughout the process, couldn’t be happier with the result. I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the... process due to discomfort caused. This time round I didnt feel anything during or afterwards and the result was great. I saw Andy McIntyre and will say that I won't go anywhere else from now on. In fact I will look forward to it as they really do live up to their promise of pain free dentist. I have also recommended a friends.

I have to say Wow. I had root canal treatment over 35 years ago on my tooth and today I had an appointment with Niall as it was infected, for a further root canal treatment. I have to say I was dreading it. How wrong was I. Niall was lovely calm and explained what he was going to do. Not that I... need that bit but I am sure loads do, he was great, very professional.It was painless. I listened to my favourite music and I couldn't believe when Niallsaid that was him finished. It passed so quickly. What a fantastic experience, how technology moves on.The lady at reception was lovely when I arrived as well. Two hour implant surgery with Jamie Kerr on Monday 2nd December. Bit apprehensive beforehand but that soon diminished as soon as I sat in the chair. Massage mat provided, which was a god send to help you relax. Living up to their promise, the surgery was pain free. Appreciated the morning after... phone call to ensure to check how I was feeling. The practice were so mindful of the fact that I had a big commute from the Isle of Lewis.They were very accommodating with fitting in appointments, meaning fewer trips. From the moment i made my first (panicky...i need help with a dental disaster....imagine princess leia -help me obi-wan kenobi, youre my only hope....message 🤣)... phonecall to the practice until today where ive had some stitches removed after my implant placement, ive had nothing short of first class service!
Both Peter and Jamie have been the epitome of professionalism and i can't wait to continue my new year new teeth journey with them.
For anyone looking to get some dental work done....you would be hard pushed to find a better practice.....a definite 10 out of 10 from me.read more
