I have been attending DOTS for about 8 years and have received different treatments. I can not recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough! I had been looking at braces treatments for months... I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each... one works and the different payment options too. Elaine was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into committing to any treatment. In the end I chose the high speed braces treatment. Daryl and his team were amazing during this process! He makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed at each appointment, talks through each step with you and answers any questions or queries you have. Daryl and the rest of the staff are brilliant and wonderfully friendly. I finished my treatment today and I could not be happier with the results... Recently got my teeth fixed and redone with Daryl! Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I had goal of a time frame I wanted and he managed to make sure... they were done for me and fit me in to make sure the time frame was met. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Emma who encouraged me and helped me decide on what to go for right at the start of this process! Full PPE present whilst still keeping that personal touch. I came to dentistry on the square quite guarded. I’d had a number of really bad experiences with my local Falkirk dentist which sadly left me with 2 of my front teeth rotting/ gradually falling out in my early thirties.I didn’t want to wear a denture at my age. So I was looking for something more... permanent. But I’d been told by a number of dentists that implants were not an option for me as my bone density was nil (so there would be nothing for the implant to grab onto).Thankfully I found DOTS - who had a specialist in implants, skilled in something I’d never heard of before - bone grafting. Implants were back ok the table!So, since May 2024 I’ve been receiving treatment from DOTS to replace the 2 failing teeth with implants, and place veneers to another 2 teeth, to balance everything out for a natural smile.Not going to sugar coat it, the bone graft and implant surgery was intense. But the results and follow up care were brilliant. Jamie Kinnell has been especially kind, professional and patient with me. Amazing experience. I got a dental implant and didn’t experience any pain during the procedures.
