Donald came to see us with a fear of dental treatment after several bad experiences. He had several missing, broken and worn teeth which he was very self conscious of and avoided smiling and was embarrassed when talking to people. 

He was also struggling to eat and his confidence was at an all-time low. 

After his initial consultation with our Smile Advisor he attended an implant assessment where we undertook a detailed examination with X-rays, photos, CBCT and intra-oral scans, before discussing all his options and associated costs.

Donald chose to undergo our ‘Same Day Smile’ treatment which involved removing his upper teeth, placing multiple implants and securing a temporary bridge in place. This was all carried out on the same day. 

We also placed a couple of implants on his lower jaw to provide more back teeth to aid chewing, together with some whitening and composite bonding on his worn lower teeth. 

After 3 months of healing, he had his final ‘Fixed Ultimate Ceramic Bridge’ designed and fitted on the implants to give him his smile, chewing ability and confidence back. He was delighted with the results and now he can’t stop smiling!
