I have had the best experience ever with the Dots team. From the smile consultation team, reception team, hygiene specialist Amy, the dental nurses and especially Andy - I really can't fault them. I had an excellent experience with Invisalign here. The entire process was clearly explained, quick, and completely pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the practice itself is outstanding. Scheduling appointments and wait times were very convenient.
10/10 – I wouldn't recommend... going anywhere else. I felt safe and well cared for here. If i had a query or concern I was able to send Andy a message through my app for my Invisalign and he was able to message me directly.

From the very beginning everyone in the practice was very helpful. I started Invisalign treatment then composite bonding. Cannot recommend the Team highly enough, I lost a front tooth, after some consultation on the best route it was decided to put an implant in. I was very worried that the implant would look out of place as it was at the front, however it is so good you cannot tell which one of my front teeth is the... implant. Also have been carrying infection in another tooth for many years, again Dareen, Jamie and Jamie have dealt with this brilliantly for me and I no longer have pain and a lovely new implant. Two hour implant surgery with Jamie Kerr on Monday 2nd December. Bit apprehensive beforehand but that soon diminished as soon as I sat in the chair. Massage mat provided, which was a god send to help you relax. Living up to their promise, the surgery was pain free. Appreciated the morning after... phone call to ensure to check how I was feeling. I started my treatment last year just before Christmas from the consultation to the end honestly this has been a successful journey for me , before I went to dentistry on the square I had been to many dentists about getting my vaneers done wasn’t happy with results spoke to these guys all very... friendly and welcoming am a nervous person when comes to dentist and after my treatment lasting 3 months it has changed me opinion on dentists they are what they says pain free ✔️.

From the moment i made my first (panicky...i need help with a dental disaster....imagine princess leia -help me obi-wan kenobi, youre my only hope....message 🤣)... phonecall to the practice until today where ive had some stitches removed after my implant placement, ive had nothing short of first class service!
Both Peter and Jamie have been the epitome of professionalism and i can't wait to continue my new year new teeth journey with them.
For anyone looking to get some dental work done....you would be hard pushed to find a better practice.....a definite 10 out of 10 from me.read more

From the very first consultation the treatment I received has been exceptional. The practice were so mindful of the fact that I had a big commute from the Isle of Lewis.They were very accommodating with fitting in appointments, meaning fewer trips. Sophie was really helpful with all the advice on... how to improve my oral hygiene, resulting in excellent gum health. I decided to visit Dentistry on the Square after receiving chemotherapy treatment which resulted in damage to my teeth. I was nervous as people often treat me different once I’ve told them I had chemotherapy, but Daryl never did this. He was kind and sympathetic but didn’t treat me like he felt... sorry for me. I have to say Wow. I had root canal treatment over 35 years ago on my tooth and today I had an appointment with Niall as it was infected, for a further root canal treatment. I have to say I was dreading it. How wrong was I. Niall was lovely calm and explained what he was going to do. Not that I... need that bit but I am sure loads do, he was great, very professional.It was painless. I listened to my favourite music and I couldn't believe when Niallsaid that was him finished. Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again.
