Meet Gayle, who came to us seeking a smile makeover to boost her confidence. She had long been bothered by the unevenness and crowding of her upper front teeth. Over the years, she also noticed increased crowding in her lower arch, which made her self-conscious. Additionally, she felt that one of her upper teeth appeared significantly bigger and longer than the others. Determined to address these concerns, Gayle turned to our team.

The Treatment

Upon conducting a comprehensive assessment of her dental health, we proposed a two-phase approach to address her concerns. The first phase involved orthodontic treatment using clear aligners, followed by cosmetic restorative work on her upper six front teeth, utilizing composite bonding.

To ensure the success of the treatment, Gayle initially met with our exceptional therapist, Amy. The primary goal was to establish a healthy foundation for Gayle’s smile transformation. This entailed a hygiene phase therapy to improve her gum health and a few pain-free fillings for her posterior teeth.

After slightly over a year, we successfully realigned Gayle’s teeth, putting them in a more ideal position. With this important first step completed, we focused on designing the aesthetic improvements for her front teeth. Following a month of tooth whitening, we placed six upper composite bonding veneers, all in a single visit.

This process marked the final touch in Gayle’s remarkable smile transformation.

To maintain her stunning new smile, Gayle now diligently uses retainers. She is committed to her oral health by scheduling regular examination and hygiene visits. These steps ensure that her smile remains radiant and healthy for the long term.

Kirstie came in for a consultation to see what we could do to improve her smile. She was unhappy with the colour of her teeth and the worn appearance of the edges of her upper teeth and one lower front tooth which had worn due to a clenching and grinding habit.

After completing her hygiene phase therapy treatment with Amy, to make sure the gums were perfectly healthy, we were ready to whiten her teeth using bespoke trays made from a digital scan, meaning we avoided any messy impressions.

The Treatment

Kirstie then had a trial smile appointment where we were able to show her what the planned bonding would look like in her mouth. We had planned for five upper teeth and one lower tooth to be improved using composite bonding. After seeing the planned results Kirstie was happy to move to the next stage and get her bonding done.

The bonding was all completed in one visit whilst Kirstie relaxed listening to some music with our noise cancelling headphones from our comfort menu. We then provided a retainer and splint to help protect against the clenching and grinding, keeping things looking great for the long term.

Rugile came to see us to enquire about replacing her existing composite bonding.

She had it placed elsewhere but it was chipping, and she wasn’t happy with the shapes. She wanted something more natural and feminine.

We carefully removed the old composite and planned out the new shapes and sizes to complement her features and smile.

After a trial smile to make sure she loved the plan, we placed 8 composite veneers on her upper teeth. She was delighted!

I had an excellent experience with Invisalign here. The entire process was clearly explained, quick, and completely pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the practice itself is outstanding. Scheduling appointments and wait times were very convenient.10/10 – I wouldn't recommend going... anywhere else.
