Ailidh came to us with a lack of confidence in her smile, primarily stemming from the presence of old, stained bonding on her front teeth. The condition of her teeth had a significant impact on her self-esteem, as she felt self-conscious about the appearance of her smile.

Her initial treatments involved having some fillings and gum treatment with one of our therapists, Sophie, to get everything nice and healthy.

We then moved forward with some tooth whitening before carefully removing the old bonding and placing new composite bonding on the front 6 upper teeth.

Thomas was looking to improve his smile, brighten his teeth and treat the loose teeth. We treated him with full BPS 3D suction dentures.

We saw Thomas for several appointments to create a healing denture ready for the day of his extractions, so that when the teeth were removed with our PAIN FREE techniques, he had a same day smile to go home with and help to guide his healing.

After 3 months, we repeated the process to replace the healing dentures with highly aesthetic, beautifully fitting dentures which were carefully crafted to restore his smile and function in only 6 months.

Angela was initially worried about the colour and appearance of her upper 4 front teeth, one of which had a “black line” around the gum, and was really affecting her confidence.

Angela saw me for her full assessment to discuss her treatment planning goals and desired outcome. We then referred her to Amy for stabilisation and tooth whitening, and Nial for repeat root canal treatment. We always make sure our patients see the best clinician for each particular treatment that they need.

After Amy and Nial had restored Angela’s dental health, Kim and I began restoring those 4 front teeth.

Whilst the lab designed and made her bespoke veneers, we had 3 weeks with temporary veneers, made from a planned mock up of the final veneers, so she could “test drive” her new smile and make sure that she loved the shapes and sizes, and that there were no issues with speech or function, before going ahead with the final veneers.

Throughout the entire process we used our pain free digital injection system so Angela had no pain.

The complete treatment consisted of dental hygiene, internal and external bleaching, new veneers and crown and now all matching to give her that confidence back.

This Smile Makeover was completed in less that 6 months. Angela’s final appointment was with our therapist Amy to ensure that Angela received the best advice to take care of her new smile.

Ross attended our practice with his main concern being his 4 upper front teeth.

After braces when he was younger he felt his teeth had moved again and was also wanting to address worn and thinning enamel.

He also wanted to change some silver fillings with more aesthetic white ones and wanted to improve the overall colour of his teeth.

The Treatment

Ross saw me for his assessment where photos, scans and radiographs were taken to get a full picture of what we needed to do to achieve his ideal smile makeover.

He then saw Sophie for his hygiene treatment before coming back to me for his Invisalign treatment to correct the bite and correct his upper front teeth with crowns.

After Invisalign treatment was finished, he was given retainers to keep the teeth straight.

We then carried out a trial smile to show Ross the design of the teeth we had planned so he could see what his smile would look like before we had even done anything to the teeth.

Once approved we went ahead and prepared the upper 4 front teeth for some super natural crowns, as well as some composite bonding on the canines to ensure good harmony in the smile. Ross is now maintaining his smile with us with his routine check-ups and hygiene visits.

I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each... one works and the different payment options too. But I’d been told by a number of dentists that implants were not an option for me as my bone density was nil (so there would be nothing for the implant to grab onto).Thankfully I found DOTS - who had a specialist in implants, skilled in something I’d never heard of before - bone grafting. Implants were back ok the table!So, since May 2024 I’ve been receiving treatment from DOTS to replace the 2 failing teeth with implants, and place veneers to another 2 teeth, to balance everything out for a natural smile.Not going to sugar coat it, the bone graft and implant surgery was intense. But the results and follow up care were brilliant. Jamie Kinnell has been especially kind, professional and patient with me.
