I was so nervous about my proposed dental work and can say hand on heart that from the very first consultation with Elaine, I felt at total ease.For the implant procedure, my dentist was Jamie Kerr and he took time to talk through everything and explain the procedures. I felt ZERO pain throughout... my various visits and due to my seizure condition, the option to have sunglasses etc gave me further reassurance. I had been looking for a dentist and after a recommendation from a friend, I went to Dentistry on the square.

I came in for a health check, cleaning and smile consultation and the process was superb.

I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the... process due to discomfort caused. This time round I didnt feel anything during or afterwards and the result was great. I saw Andy McIntyre and will say that I won't go anywhere else from now on. In fact I will look forward to it as they really do live up to their promise of pain free dentist. I have also recommended a friends.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Dentistry on the Square for my smile make over. I have never been a fan of the dentist and it has always made me very nervous. Sophie and Andy made me feel so comfortable and at ease from my very first appointment.
Some of my appointments were long due... to the treatment I was getting however they were pain free and went in quickly. For every appointment I was able to pick two items from a comfort menu such as a back massager and eye mask. This helped so much and helped me relax.
Every member of staff I spoke to during my appointments were lovely and welcoming.

I can’t recommend Dentistry on the Square enough. The work I got done was better than I could have ever imagined and has truly changed my liferead more

I can not recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough! I had been looking at braces treatments for months... I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each... one works and the different payment options too. Elaine was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into committing to any treatment. In the end I chose the high speed braces treatment. Daryl and his team were amazing during this process! He makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed at each appointment, talks through each step with you and answers any questions or queries you have. Daryl and the rest of the staff are brilliant and wonderfully friendly. I finished my treatment today and I could not be happier with the results... Recently got my teeth fixed and redone with Daryl! Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I had goal of a time frame I wanted and he managed to make sure... they were done for me and fit me in to make sure the time frame was met. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Emma who encouraged me and helped me decide on what to go for right at the start of this process! Then registered my daughter and I’m so glad I did. She needed two extractions as her baby teeth weren’t budging - I was dreading it!... I had an excellent experience with Invisalign here. The entire process was clearly explained, quick, and completely pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the practice itself is outstanding. Scheduling appointments and wait times were very convenient.

10/10 – I wouldn't recommend... going anywhere else. I felt safe and well cared for here. If i had a query or concern I was able to send Andy a message through my app for my Invisalign and he was able to message me directly.

Can’t tell you the last time I smiled so much!! Always aware of my uneven smile - unaware of gum contouring until I met my Dentist Jamie, who specialises in this. Had gum contouring done and all my top crowns redone. I would never have believed this amount of dental work could be pain-free but... it 100% was. I even watched movies during my sessions which hugely helped with any anxious feelings.This amazing work has increased my confidence immeasurably and I cannot thank Jamie enough for making this possible. So, i am part way through my treatment but felt that im so impressed with DOTS that i really needed to do a wee review already!
From the moment i made my first (panicky...i need help with a dental disaster....imagine princess leia -help me obi-wan kenobi, youre my only hope....message 🤣)... phonecall to the practice until today where ive had some stitches removed after my implant placement, ive had nothing short of first class service!
Both Peter and Jamie have been the epitome of professionalism and i can't wait to continue my new year new teeth journey with them.

I came to dentistry on the square quite guarded. I’d had a number of really bad experiences with my local Falkirk dentist which sadly left me with 2 of my front teeth rotting/ gradually falling out in my early thirties.I didn’t want to wear a denture at my age. So I was looking for something more... permanent. But I’d been told by a number of dentists that implants were not an option for me as my bone density was nil (so there would be nothing for the implant to grab onto).Thankfully I found DOTS - who had a specialist in implants, skilled in something I’d never heard of before - bone grafting. Implants were back ok the table!So, since May 2024 I’ve been receiving treatment from DOTS to replace the 2 failing teeth with implants, and place veneers to another 2 teeth, to balance everything out for a natural smile.Not going to sugar coat it, the bone graft and implant surgery was intense. But the results and follow up care were brilliant. Jamie Kinnell has been especially kind, professional and patient with me. Wanting to get everything perfect and make me feel as comfortable and educated as possible each step of the way.Thank you for giving me my confidence back. And the function of my front teeth!
