Not sure how it’s possible that after a history of negative experiences at the dentist I now actually look forward to appointments, but somehow DOTS has made it happen. Everyone in the practice has been so welcoming - Dawn was a pro in putting me at ease in the initial consultation and hygiene... appts with Amy are relaxing more than anything. From the very beginning everyone in the practice was very helpful. I started Invisalign treatment then composite bonding. I can not recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough! I had been looking at braces treatments for months... I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each... one works and the different payment options too. Elaine was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into committing to any treatment. In the end I chose the high speed braces treatment. Daryl and his team were amazing during this process! He makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed at each appointment, talks through each step with you and answers any questions or queries you have. Daryl and the rest of the staff are brilliant and wonderfully friendly. I finished my treatment today and I could not be happier with the results... I had an excellent experience with Invisalign here. The entire process was clearly explained, quick, and completely pain-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the practice itself is outstanding. Scheduling appointments and wait times were very convenient.

10/10 – I wouldn't recommend... going anywhere else. I felt safe and well cared for here. If i had a query or concern I was able to send Andy a message through my app for my Invisalign and he was able to message me directly.

I started my treatment last year just before Christmas from the consultation to the end honestly this has been a successful journey for me , before I went to dentistry on the square I had been to many dentists about getting my vaneers done wasn’t happy with results spoke to these guys all very... friendly and welcoming am a nervous person when comes to dentist and after my treatment lasting 3 months it has changed me opinion on dentists they are what they says pain free ✔️.

All staff are very polite from the reception to the dentists and dental nurses I had only dealt with 2 dentists/hygienist nurses Jamie and Amy they both are really great people and a truly thank them from the bottom of my heart they have made me more confident within myself and my smile 😊 I would highly recommend this dentist yet alone the dentists themselves 🦷🦷read more

Then registered my daughter and I’m so glad I did. She needed two extractions as her baby teeth weren’t budging - I was dreading it!... But Sophie and Chloe were absolutely amazing at putting her at ease. She barely felt a thing and had no pain or issues afterwards. This has really built her confidence in going to the dentist. Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I have to say Wow. I had root canal treatment over 35 years ago on my tooth and today I had an appointment with Niall as it was infected, for a further root canal treatment. I have to say I was dreading it. How wrong was I. Niall was lovely calm and explained what he was going to do. I just want to say a massive thank you to Dentistry on the Square for my smile make over. I have never been a fan of the dentist and it has always made me very nervous. Sophie and Andy made me feel so comfortable and at ease from my very first appointment.
Some of my appointments were long due... to the treatment I was getting however they were pain free and went in quickly. For every appointment I was able to pick two items from a comfort menu such as a back massager and eye mask. This helped so much and helped me relax.
Every member of staff I spoke to during my appointments were lovely and welcoming.

I can’t recommend Dentistry on the Square enough. The work I got done was better than I could have ever imagined and has truly changed my liferead more

Cannot recommend the Team highly enough, I lost a front tooth, after some consultation on the best route it was decided to put an implant in. I was very worried that the implant would look out of place as it was at the front, however it is so good you cannot tell which one of my front teeth is the... implant. Also have been carrying infection in another tooth for many years, again Dareen, Jamie and Jamie have dealt with this brilliantly for me and I no longer have pain and a lovely new implant. So, i am part way through my treatment but felt that im so impressed with DOTS that i really needed to do a wee review already!
From the moment i made my first (panicky...i need help with a dental disaster....imagine princess leia -help me obi-wan kenobi, youre my only hope....message 🤣)... phonecall to the practice until today where ive had some stitches removed after my implant placement, ive had nothing short of first class service!
Both Peter and Jamie have been the epitome of professionalism and i can't wait to continue my new year new teeth journey with them.

I came in for a health check, cleaning and smile consultation and the process was superb.

I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the... process due to discomfort caused.
